The Lodge Billund collects personal information for the purpose of meeting our obligations and to process, optimise, improve and deliver the services that you order from us and which you enter into agreement to purchase.

The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest in processing customer service requests and providing our services. We process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation as well as legislation pursuant to the company’s business area.

It is paramount for us to take good care of our customer data, which is why we have implemented technical and organisational measures that allow us to comply with our data responsibilities.

We train all employees to comply with our guidelines for good data processing practice so to limit errors and continuously improve our data processing. In addition, we have introduced an IT Security Policy, which sets the direction for the company’s overall security measures.

We have introduced access restriction so that employees are only granted access to personal information provided this information is relevant to their job function. We will continuously assess the need to use encryption or pseudonymization of personal information as a risk-mitigation initiative (SRMI).

To secure our data, we use antivirus programmes, renew our passwords regularly, update our systems, and keep up to date with IT developments so that we can protect ourselves against vulnerable IT systems and current IT threats.
